About Ace Multi Service Agency
We help children in poverty to succeed and thrive. We do this by providing comprehensive supports to children, youth, and their families in targeted high-needs New York City neighborhoods.
We believe all kids have limitless potential. But for those growing up surrounded by poverty, family instability, and physical or emotional stress, life is too often about survival, not possibility. It’s unacceptable that in New York, a city of historic opportunity, so many of our children face serious barriers to realizing their own promise.
Ace Multi Service Agency is a professional powerhouse of solutions for young people. We are teachers and social workers, coaches and health care providers. We know what it takes to ensure children grow up strong and healthy, and ready to thrive in school and life: excellent education and health care, social-emotional support, and strong, stable families.
We bring an asset-based approach to each partnership with the goal of ensuring that all students engage in learning that is not only academically rigorous, but also is relevant to their needs and creates meaningful opportunities for students to explore their interests and shape their communities.

How It All Started
Ace Multi Service Agency emerged from Intervention learnings from over 35 years of transforming neighborhood public schools in the United States and Jamaica. Our work began as a pilot within the Ace model network to embrace innovation in school improvement.
How We Developed
We have leveraged our learning to develop our Ace model, a school revitalization partnership approach tailored by and for each school community. Our Ace model team serves as a strategic partner to schools and districts nationally who believe in the power and potential of a community-driven approach to school improvement.
